To promote, finance,
establish, run, manage and maintain an autonomous educational institution
at Lakki Marwat, NWFP and to introduce and maintain highest possible
academic standards of the institution.
To impart basic education
to the girls and boys of 3 to 9 years and to provide lower secondary
and higher secondary education to girls and boys of 10 to 15 years
of age.
To provide on job
training to young, aspiring teachers who can serve the educational
sector of the country in a highly professional way.
To build, found and
assist, set-up, manage, maintain, administer and run libraries,
distance education programs, research centers, science laboratories,
teacher resource centers, computer centers, centers for medical
care and health education, programs for environmental education
and projects for environmental protection, audio-visual teachers'
aid and centers, printing and publishing facilities, playgrounds,
and other places of use and benefit to the Community.
To carry on research
and print, publish, issue and circulate papers, periodicals, books,
publications and other similar efforts in relation to the objectives
of the Foundation.
To direct, produce,
develop audio-video visual educational and recreational programs
for the children and teaching aides for the teachers' workshops.
To encourage, promote,
support or arrange symposia, seminars, lectures, classes, demonstrations,
study tours, teachers training workshops, art, craft and science
exhibitions and other such activities to advance the objectives
of the society.
To affiliate itself
or associate with other institutions, establish faculties and to
select faculty members and decide courses and teaching methods and
strategies in order to ensure the most effective educational programs.
To award from time
to time scholarships to outstanding deserving students and scholars.
To award from time
to time prizes in recognition of outstanding work by teachers.
To select and examine
students and to award them diplomas and other academic distinctions
in relation to the objectives of the Foundation.
To found, subsidize,
aid, assist, establish, maintain, run, administer and manage trust,
funds, grants and other benefactions in the furtherance of the objectives
of the Foundation.
To enter into agreements,
contracts, and arrangements with governments, organizations, institutions,
bodies, and other individuals for the purpose of carrying out its
functions and activities.
To establish, undertake,
superintend, administer, control, subsidize and contribute to any
provident, benevolent or charitable funds from which may be made
gifts, grants, scholarships, donations, advance loans and to contribute
or otherwise assist any charitable or benevolent institutions or
undertake or objects.
To receive and accept
gifts, grants, aid, donations, benefactions of all nature and kind
whatsoever and raise, establish and maintain funds, properties and
assets by subscription and contribution and by receiving and acceptance
of gifts, aid, donations, benefactions and other means.
To raise and borrow
any Money and funds required for purposes of the Foundation without
security or on such security as the Foundation may think fit and
to repay and such borrowing.
To purchase, take
on lease, exchange, hire or otherwise acquire and real and personal
or immovable and movable property and any right and privileges whatsoever
and to build, construct, alter and maintain buildings, houses, or
other constructions for the housing of the Foundation for its staff
or as may be necessary or convenient for any of the objects or purposes
of the Foundation.
To provide at the
doorsteps of rural community, free medical care and health (Primary
& Reproductive), facilities for the enhancement of the rural areas.
To take immediate
steps for the supply of pure water to the deprived community and
to establish Tube wells and Water pumps if necessary.
To establish mother
and child health care units and hospital and to provide them all
the facilities free of cost or at a very low rate.
To establish free
Medical Camps on quarterly basis in areas where permanent health
facilities are non-existent. These Camps not only provide curative
and preventive health services, but also create awareness on health
issues through advocacy and communication strategies.
To start Income Generation
Projects by establishing Centers for Women to get training in sewing
and cutting, stitching of garments, shadow work, hand embroidered
suits etc. so that they may earn their own their own livings and
would be free to utilize the platform of Saifullah Foundation for
marketing their products.
To start sustainable
projects of agriculture including drip irrigation system and sericulture
in the areas for income generation.
To start Projects
for the alleviation of Poverty in the Rural Areas.
To do all such other
things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the
above, objects or any of them. |
